The suite

The Humber Valley Guest Suite is an entire private basement suite of about 1,200 square feet in Edenbridge–Humber Valley. It has its own entrance, two queen bedrooms, a three-piece bathroom, and an open living and dining area with a full kitchen.

It is a basement suite. The entrance is private.

Each bedroom has a queen bed and clothing storage. The brick wall is in Bedroom 1. The wide window is in Bedroom 2.

The suite is in Edenbridge–Humber Valley, a quiet residential neighbourhood in Toronto.

Things to know

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m., Toronto time. A later checkout needs our approval. We have not set a late-checkout fee.
Maximum four guests. Everyone staying must be registered before arrival. Do not upload identification here.
No parties, events, or other gatherings. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets.
On-site parking is included. The driveway is shared and must not be obstructed.
For the safety of our guests, there are security cameras at every entrance of the property, including the guest suite. We have not confirmed whether those cameras record audio, or their precise positions.
