Status of this draft

These terms are a working draft for staging. They have not been legally reviewed, and they are not the final guest agreement. Your hosts will replace this version before public launch. A reservation quote records the version you are asked to accept.

The stay

A request is not a confirmed reservation and does not hold the dates. We may receive more than one request for the same nights. We confirm a stay only after we approve it and receive the full payment described in that approval.

The published rate is CAD 200 per night plus a CAD 150 cleaning fee once per stay. Stays are 1 to 28 nights. Those figures are an estimate until we approve a request. The approved quote, stored with this version of the terms, is the amount charged in Canadian dollars. Taxes are not included unless they appear as a line on that quote.

The quoted total cannot be changed after payment has started. If the price has to change, the earlier checkout is expired and a new quote is issued.

Guests

The suite sleeps at most four guests. Every person who will stay must be registered. The lead guest provides their own details with the request. Names of the other guests are collected through the private reservation page before arrival, not by sending identity documents over ordinary email.

We may ask to see photo identification when we greet you. Do not upload identification through this website. We do not store scans of identity documents.

House rules

No parties, events, or other social gatherings.

No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property, indoors or outdoors.

No pets. Any legal accommodation obligation has to be resolved in the final policy before launch; this draft does not decide that question.

No illegal activity.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m., Toronto time. A later checkout requires approval in advance. This draft does not set a late-checkout fee.

These rules are also shown before you send a request. The copy you accept before payment is the copy stored with your quote.

Driveway

On-site parking is included. The driveway is shared and must not be obstructed. This draft does not state how many spaces are included, and it does not promise a dedicated space or street parking.

Cameras

For the safety of our guests, there are security cameras at every entrance of the property, including the guest suite. This draft does not describe cameras inside the suite. Whether those cameras record audio, and their precise positions, still have to be confirmed.

Charges that still need review

The owner has proposed the following amounts and has not finished the wording, the evidence required, or the way a charge would be collected. They are not charged automatically, and this website does not keep a card on file to take them later.

Smoking-related additional cleaning: CAD 350. Heavily stained towels: CAD 20 each. Lost or unreturned main entrance key: CAD 200. Lost or unreturned suite entrance key: CAD 100.

Applicability, evidence, and collection are marked for owner review.

Payment

The launch payment is one payment for the full approved quote. We do not offer subscriptions, instalments, or deposits in this version. Card details are entered on Stripe’s checkout page, not on this website.

If the payment window ends before Stripe accepts the payment, the dates are released only after any open checkout has been closed and the payment is confirmed as unpaid. A successful payment is recorded from Stripe’s signed notification, not from the page you return to.
