Request your dates. We approve the stay, then you pay securely to confirm it. Sending a request does not hold the dates or confirm the reservation.

We usually respond within a few hours during the day, Toronto time. Evening messages may be answered the following morning. That is a reply time, not a promise that a stay will be approved.

After we approve the request. You pay the approved total on a secure Stripe page. We do not collect card numbers on this site. Returning to this site after payment is not, by itself, proof that the payment succeeded.

CAD 200 per night, plus a CAD 150 cleaning fee once per stay. Stays are 1 to 28 nights. The form shows an estimate before taxes. Taxes are not included unless they appear as a line on the approved quote. A request is not a confirmed total. The approved quote is the amount charged.

Contact us. There is no cancel button on the payment page. If we cancel the stay, the refund is 100% at least 14 days before check-in, 50% at least 7 but fewer than 14 days before check-in, and no refund fewer than 7 days before check-in. The percentage applies to the nightly rate and the cleaning fee together. Deadlines use 3:00 p.m. check-in, Toronto time. We process any refund ourselves. It is not automatic. The terms stored with your approved quote are the terms that apply.

Up to four guests. Everyone staying must be registered before arrival.

On-site parking is included. The driveway is shared and must not be obstructed.

A private entrance, Wi-Fi, air conditioning, a fully equipped kitchen, laundry access, included parking, and a 65-inch smart TV. The suite is a private basement with two queen bedrooms and one three-piece bathroom.

Check-in is from 3:00 p.m. Checkout is by 10:00 a.m., Toronto time. A later checkout needs our approval. We have not set a late-checkout fee.

No parties, events, or other gatherings. No smoking or vaping anywhere on the property. No pets. For the safety of our guests, there are security cameras at every entrance of the property, including the guest suite. The cameras are not described as being inside the suite. The draft booking terms are shown again before payment.
