How does booking work?
Request the dates you want. We review the details and the calendar. If we approve the stay, we send a private link with the exact total in Canadian dollars. The stay is confirmed only after that payment is completed. There is no instant booking.
How soon will we hear back?
We have not published a response-time promise. You will receive an acknowledgement that the request arrived. The stay is not confirmed until we approve it and payment is completed.
When do I pay?
After we approve the request. Payment uses Stripe’s hosted checkout for the full amount. This website does not collect card numbers. A return to this site after checkout is not, by itself, proof of payment.
What will the stay cost?
We have not published nightly rates, fees, or taxes. The exact Canadian-dollar total is set when we approve your request. Nothing on this site is a guaranteed quote until that approval.
